CrowdInbox

Refunds and withdrawal

As of 1 October 2026. This is a translation of the German version (erstattung.md), which is the one that counts.

CrowdInbox Plus bought on this website is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (London) as reseller. That is why Paddle also takes the withdrawal and pays the money back. Plus bought on the iPhone is sold by Apple.

Withdrawal

In the first 14 days after buying on the website you can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, and get the whole amount back, even if you have already used Plus in that time.

This is how:

  • through the link in the receipt Paddle mailed you: it leads to Paddle’s customer portal, which has a button for withdrawing;
  • or at paddle.net, where Paddle finds your purchase from the receipt;
  • or with an email to us, kontakt@servercrowd.de, with the address you bought for. We pass the withdrawal on to Paddle.

The money comes back the way you paid, 14 days after the withdrawal at the latest. Plus ends at once with the refund.

The details are in Paddle’s refund policy.

After a renewal

If Plus renewed for another year and you did not want that, you get this payment back as well if you say so within 14 days of the charge, in the same ways.

Bought on the iPhone

Purchases in the App Store are refunded by Apple, under Apple’s own rules: reportaproblem.apple.com. We can neither see nor refund purchases made with Apple.

Cancelling is something else

Whoever cancels keeps Plus until the end of the paid period; it only stops renewing. That is done on the page Cancel a contract here.
