If Plus was bought for this address, a confirmation email is on its way to that address. In that case, we will end the subscription with Paddle, the seller, at the stated time. Plus stays active until then. If no email arrives, you may have bought Plus for a different address. If so, send the form again with that address or write to kontakt@servercrowd.de.

Paddle, the seller, provides its own page for cancelling. You can reach it through the link in the receipt or here.
Plus bought on the iPhone is a subscription on your Apple Account and is cancelled there, under Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
In the first 14 days after the purchase, you can withdraw from the contract instead and get your money back.
