The email app is free on every device. CrowdInbox Plus adds further features. With the optional CrowdInbox account, which runs through the relay of CrowdInbox by ServerCrowd, one purchase covers all of your devices.
Included features
- Instant notifications on the iPhone Relay
Our relay monitors your mailbox for new email and sends a notification to your iPhone as soon as a message arrives. The relay does not read the content of the messages.
- Send Later Without the App Relay
Scheduled messages are sent on time, even when all your devices are switched off. They are sent through your own mail server.
- Summaries and suggested replies
Apple Intelligence creates both directly on your iPhone. No data leaves the device in the process. Both require an iPhone on which Apple Intelligence is available.
Features marked “Relay” run through the relay of CrowdInbox by ServerCrowd, a service on servers in Germany. You switch them on yourself. Everything else happens directly between your device and your mail server.
Instant notifications and “Send Later Without the App” work for mailboxes that you sign in to with a password or an app password. For mailboxes with Microsoft sign-in, instant notifications are not yet available, and scheduled email continues to be sent from your device.
All other features remain available without Plus: every mailbox, sorting, search, snooze and sending later from your own device.

After the purchase
- In CrowdInbox, open Settings → Plus on the computer or Settings → CrowdInbox Plus on the iPhone.
- Enter the address you bought Plus for. A code is sent to this address. There is no password.
- Every device where you sign in this way has Plus. Up to ten devices can be signed in at the same time.
Buying on the iPhone
On the iPhone, you buy Plus in the app through the App Store, for €1.99 a month or €19.99 a year. The annual price is 16% lower than twelve monthly payments. If you would like to contribute more, you can choose Plus as a supporter for €39.99 a year. The features are the same.
Cancellation and withdrawal
You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the paid year: through the link in the receipt from Paddle, the seller, or with the cancellation form on this website. In the first 14 days after the purchase, you can withdraw from the contract and get your money back.
